Hi, I’m Geoff Yaw, a Director, Producer, Editor and Creative Leader. I’ve spent the majority of the past 20-ish years producing and leading teams that produce award-winning video and other digital content. I have 7 EMMY Awards and 8 Gold Addy Awards to my credit. These accolades are for my work in the commercial, documentary and scripted content spaces. I’ve had the good fortune to work with national brands like Progressive Insurance, GE, University of Phoenix, The Rock & Roll HOF, The NFL, Vitamix, Reebok and The Cleveland Cavaliers to name a few. I’ve also created digital work for small and mid-sized brands, non-profits and ventures. I’ve directed and produced long and short form documentary projects for the likes of PBS, CNN and VICE and I’ve helped take feature length projects to film festivals including The Sundance International Film Festival, SXSW and The Tribeca Film Festival.  I thrive on connecting audiences to ideas with authenticity and intention. I believe in the principles of pragmatism and usefulness and leverage their intersections with creativity and imagination. These things drive me to uncover the sometimes not-so-easy-to-see aspects of a creative or executional challenge.
